Shared Success Model
This is a more innovative approach whereby we take on the majority of the costs of the build in return for a share in the revenue. Your company will need to be of a reasonable size and have pre-existing online trading history.
With this approach your success is our success. The better the site the more revenue you make and thus the more we are rewarded. These agreements are bespoke for each client and depend on existing revenues. Please enquire for further info.

- Low or No development costs (dependant on existing turnover)
- We are paid via a percentage of order value.
- You pay for marketing costs (SEO/PPC etc)
- You pay for hosting and maintenance costs.
How we work
Our team of designers and developers will create your site for you. The admin will be configured to your requirements and not full of stuff that you do not need. You will have complete control of your site. You will have access to our development team for support.
How we charge
We do not quote project costs.
We charge a percentage of revenue based on what we expect the sales to be each month. This only starts to be charged once the site is finished. This agreement lasts for two years. The amount agreed reflects our costs and risks taken in charging no upfront development fee.
Clients can opt to pay some costs upfront in order to reduce the period during which costs are recouped and the percentage of sales revenue that is agreed.
Clients must pay an initial deposit of an amount ot be agreed, usually this is to provide proof of commitment to the process. The higher the deposit the less the ongoing commission rate.
You need to have a properfully funded marketing campaign either managed by Datadial or with another reputable Digital Marketing Company
Further site development costs are quoted on at the time and paid in full by the client
Sites developed by Datadial will be hosted and supported by Datadial for which there is a monthly support fee.
